John J. Lisowski Joins N-able Technologies' Board of Directors

Chartered Accountant and Former Managing Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Elected as the Fifth Member of Industry Leader's Board of Directors

Ottawa, Canada – January 24, 2007 – N-able Technologies®, the No. 1 provider of managed services software and business transformation services for resellers servicing small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced the appointment of John J. Lisowski to its board of directors. Starting January 18 2007, Lisowski, a Chartered Accountant and former managing partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, will serve on the board of directors.

Lisowski spent more than 25 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP before retiring as the managing partner of the Ottawa office and its audit and assurance practice in 2004. During his tenure, he was responsible for a variety of clients principally in the technology, sports and entertainment sectors and provided guidance to many public and private corporations such as Corel, Digital Equipment, JDS Uniphase, JetForm and Kinburn.

Throughout his career in Ottawa, Lisowski helped a variety of companies raise in excess of $5 billion in financing and successfully execute and manage the intricacies of several mergers and acquisitions including JDS Fitel and Uniphase Corporation, as well as the construction of ScotiaBank Place, the home of the Ottawa Senators National Hockey League Club.
