N-able Technologies® Breaks Into Chinese Market with New Business Deal

Emerging Chinese service provider Sunrayork selects N-central® as platform-of-choice for new lineup of remote managed services offerings

Ottawa, Canada — July 24, 2007 — N-able Technologies®, the preferred supplier of managed services software and business transformation services for resellers servicing small- and medium-sized businesses, today announced it has signed its first managed services deal in China with Sunrayork, one of Beijing's fastest-growing IT service providers.

As part of the new customer agreement, Sunrayork will use N-able's N-central® 6 remote management and monitoring software platform to develop, sell, service and ultimately OEM fixed-fee remote managed services offerings to China's growing base of large enterprises and carrier partners. According to executives at both companies, Sunrayork will roll out an initial deployment of 40,000 nodes this month.

"The international exposure and potential for managed services overall is simply tremendous," says Gavin Garbutt, president and CEO of N-able Technologies. "Our relationship with Sunrayork is a groundbreaking first deal for N-able in China and further recognition of the technology excellence and value delivered by the N-central platform."

Renowned for its thought leadership, remote monitoring and management technology and business transformation services, N-able is building an impressive list of partners including more than 1,300 managed service providers in the U.S. and Canada, as well as hundreds of leading and emerging resellers throughout the U.K. and Europe.

The Ottawa-based software company also maintains strong alliances with industry leaders including Intel, Lexmark and Tech Data and was recently named to the 19th annual PROFIT 100 ranking of Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies where it debuted at No. 24 with an impressive five-year revenue growth of 2,411 percent.

"We searched the globe for the best provider of managed services software and selected N-able based on a number of key factors, including the proven technical excellence of N-central 6 and the flexibility and advanced functionality of the platform itself," says Tony Yang, general manager of Sunrayork.
